DENDRO PROJECT FRIENDS

At the 2009 AGM it was announced that a “FRIENDS” of the Dendro Project would be established.

Eligibility

Any individual aged 18 years and over and any organisation interested in the work of the Project.

Benefits of joining the Dendro Project Friends

Receive the Project Newsletter by post or preferably by e-mail, 3-4 times a year.

Free attendance at lectures, special events & visits.

Free attendance (if space) on volunteer training events. (max of 2 members per organisation)

Benefits to the Dendro Project of having “Friends”

The Project would have a definite mailing list of interested people / organisations.

Friends would offer support, advice, experience and knowledge to various aspects of the Project. Any financial gain from the subscriptions and gift aid would be transferred to the Project.

How to become a Project “Friend”

Just complete the form at the end of this Newsletter. The subscription will be £10 per 1 or 2 people at the same address or per organisation, due annually on 1 April.

We would be VERY grateful if you would pay by Standing Order. It would save us time and money with reminders, and you can still resign at any time by writing to the Friends’ Secretary.

It would also be appreciated if new members would complete a Gift Aid declaration if appropriate, enabling the Project to gain 28p in each £1.
